Group Personal Training

We understand that 1-2-1 training isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. As a result, we offer fun and social group personal training sessions at our exclusive gym in Exeter, 6 days a week, that help you burn fat and build muscle. Groups include both men and women of different ages, weight and ability. As a result, no one has to worry about feeling intimidated or out of their depth. All group training fitness sessions are led by our friendly, fully qualified and highly experienced personal trainers.

When you join us we will develop a tailored 12-week personal training plan, just for you. Group training sessions will focus on your own individual targets as well as general exercises and cardio that everyone can benefit from to increase athletic ability. During your session, you will also receive 1-2-1 training within the group environment. Therefore, you will benefit from all the advantages of 1-2-1 training in a fun, social and supportive group environment.

Group Training Sessions

We offer 3 types of group training sessions. The Oakmont Lift, Oakmont Metcon and Oakmont Engine Room. As a result, you have the choice of following programmed sessions or sessions that provide variation while still following structured progression.

Private & Semi-Private Fitness Training

If you would like more of our undivided attention but would still like to work in a small group for additional motivation and support from your peers, then our private and semi-private fitness training could be just what you are looking for.

These sessions are suitable for up to 4 people. You will benefit from a highly focussed session with the advantage of training in a very small group of like-minded individuals. All of whom are dedicated to getting the best out of themselves.

Personalised Fitness Programmes

We tailor a personalised 12-week fitness programme for each of our clients. Your personal plan is based on your current fitness, desired goals and sporting targets. Whether you want to run a marathon, weight lift, excel in a field sport or simply slim down and tone, we design our plans to suit your individual aspirations.

Your fitness plan will include a range of strengthening, conditioning and cardio exercises that will burn away fat, build muscle mass, strengthen, condition, tackle target areas and increase your overall fitness levels.

Over the course of the programme, we will continually assess your progress, muscle mass, weight loss and physical endurance. Increasing repetitions and intensity according to your individual progress.

  • Unlimited Personal Training Sessions
  • Using a Phased Programme which is carefully designed to take you through your fitness journey, you will use our programming software to log and store your scores and achievements so that we as coaches can be as accurate as possible with each session.


  • 3 Personal Training Sessions Per Week
  • Optional Signature Group Training Add On + £50
  • You will be working on learning more technical exercises and building strength. Personal Training sessions are also more strength and conditioning based and it would complement optional Signature Training sessions (Oakmont Metcon, Oakmont Lift and Oakmont Engine Room) where you work on leaning and burning fat.


  • Unlimited Training Sessions
  • Perfect for beginners, our introduction sessions ease you into fitness training to prepare your body and mind to transition onto higher intensity membership schemes.


  • Unlimited Signature Training Sessions
  • Unlimited Oakmont Signature Training sessions (Oakmont Metcon, Oakmont Lift and Oakmont Engine Room) will give you the confidence and motivation no matter what your goals might be. All of these coach led sessions will give a safe and positive environment to continue your health and fitness journey.

Our expert PTs will devise a fitness training programme that is tailored to your individual needs. Our packages include a body diagnostics assessment, access to training sessions 6 days a week, and nutritional planning and support. Professional support from a qualified PT will keep you motivated and help you reach your goals.

Each person is different but by sticking to our tailored 12 week programmes you can expect to see a significant difference to the tone and shape of your body over that time. 

The session will involve a warm up followed by a range of exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, conditioning and flexibility.

We offer a range of different membership packages and before you join, we will discuss your goals to help you select the right membership scheme. Our prices offer excellent value for money and start at just £147 per month.
